She has been exposed to influences from all over the world and best practices in terms of architecture, what styles last the test of time and over the top luxury.
(2) On the other hand, she is also influenced by her first business, Savard Properties (www.savardproperties.com). As a landlord of over 50 single family homes in Calgary, she has 14 years of experience or transforming worst house in the street to be best asset on the block. And from this experience, she has mastered the art of practicality - what layout maximizes every square inch of the living space, what are the latest building technologies that will outlast the wear and tear of the harshest of renters, and simply, when you are actually living in the space, what not just looks good but also works in terms of flow.
